What we collect

When you request a demo we collect your full name, email, an optional phone number, brokerage name, and a few qualifying answers (what best describes you, deals closed per year, current setup). We also capture any UTM parameters from the link that brought you here so we know which content introduced you to us.

How we use it

Your information is used only to qualify your request, schedule your BrokerFlo Preview Call, and run the system on your behalf. We do not sell your data. Your contacts and conversations are yours to export at any time. BrokerFlo hosts and runs the system; we never claim ownership of your website.

Text messaging (SMS) consent

SMS messaging is strictly opt-in. The “Text me about my demo request” box is unchecked by default. Checking it records an explicit, durable Approved decision; leaving it unchecked records an explicit Declined decision. We only text you about your demo request when you have approved. Message rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP or emailing us. No confirmation messages are sent while notifications are disabled.

Offer terms

• Price: CAD $500 per month, billed monthly.
• Setup fee: waived as part of the current promotion.
• Core build: delivered within 72 hours after we receive your complete required intake.
• Guarantees: a seven-day first-month guarantee and a 30-day money-back guarantee.
• Ownership: your contacts and conversations are yours to export at any time. BrokerFlo hosts and runs the system and never claims ownership of your website.
• Included services: every service shown on the landing page is part of the plan — these terms do not reduce any included service.
